Infosys HR Interview on 11 Oct

I attended the Infosys test on 9 Oct and I had my interview on 11 Oct
I thought my experience might help some one so I am posting this
interview was cool and i had my interview at 10.30 AM in Hyderabad
There were 2 people in the panel
They did not ask me even one technical question not even about my fianl year project..
I am giving you the list of questions
1. Tell about yourself which is not in your resume..
2. Tell about your hobbies and intrests..
3. Tell me about your engg life
4. A puzzle.
You need to place 4 balls in such a way that each ball is equidistant from the other three..
Ans Is triangular pyramid.

5 A puzzle..
a 20 lit jar wit water is given and two more empty jars r given. one is 5 lit and another is 3 lit. and you need to measure 4lit.

6. Do you read novels or Magazines

7. tell the story of the novel which you read..

8. A puzzle..
Magic star puzzle.. you can find this type of problem in Shakuntala Devi's MORE Puzzles book

9. Another puzzle which is given in written exam. he asked me the answer and explanation of it..
I am giving you the question.
You need to use no's from 1 to 9 without repeating them. i mean that each letter has a unique no.
A+B+C+D=D+E+F+G=G+H+I=17
if A=4 wat is the value of D and G
Ans is D=5 and G=1

10. Choose a topic of your own and talk about it for two min.

11. If you want to be a personality for a week whom do you want to be.

12. Your in a condition in which your client is threatening to cut down your contract regarding your project bcoz of the poor software and you do not have any resources what are you going to do..

13. Any problem wit relocation.

14. Any major illness in the past..

15. Any questions
This the HR interview I faced in 11 of this month in Hyd..
the whole interview took place for 20 min.
and imp thing is that you wont get more than 45 sec to solve the puzzles and it is very imp to solve to get through Infosys
totally there were 6 panels. and per day 60 students were only interviewed.. interview is on two days. totally there were 120 who got through written test.

This is the surprise part.. this is also an HR interview.
only one guy is there in the panel..
he just asked me only one question
1.Why do you want to join Infosys
Infosys Interview is all about checking your communication skills.. and how your going to handle a particular situation.. and how your approaching a puzzle.. bcoz they specially ask you that how your goin to approach a puzzle
Those who are attending the interview plz prepare on a topic on which you can talk for two min. bcoz its imp.
I hope my interview experience helps some people. around
I am happy to announce that I got through the interview and got a job in Infosys..
