I had placed in L&T Infotech !
Here I share my experience with you to help you .
The Aptitude round of L&T would be two patterns.
1.30 questions 40 mts
2.90 questions 90 mts.

We had 90 questions pattern.
The questions will be only M.B.A form!!!
Plz refer MBA booksrather than R.S Agarwal or any other!!!!
Out of 1500 they selected only 200 students after Ist round.

Next one is G.D Round.
The topics will be only current one or any other different topics
(eg.,
1.Why Red is Red,
2.Why Rose is Rose,
3.Why 1 is 1,
4.Nuclear Family is Better than Joint Family

Out of 200 they selected only 68 for HR
The HR may be different form.
we had 15 candidate 1 HR manager. He asks any question n points anyone of 15.
We should answer immediately.
This checks your spotlight tension.
Both technical and personal interview is in this type for us.
This is also elimination process.
Out of 64 they selected only 28.

But confident is most expected quality in L&T.
